GUAJIRA DESERT

La Guajira is a region located in the northernmost spot of Colombia, having the largest desertical área of the country. Additionally is the area with the largest indigenous population of the country, specially for the Wayúus communities. Among the main spots to see in the area you will have el Cabo de la Vela, (Which is one of the best spots for KiteSurfing in Southamerica), the Taroa dunes and the Punta Gallinas lighthouse.
