Villa de Leyva is a touristic colonial town in Boyacá department (state) being a Colombian national heritage town located about 3 hours by car from Bogota. It has preserved much of its original colonial style and architecture, having many buildings date from the sixteenth century, having also established itself in the rural area as a wine region.
In this experience you will visit the most traditional spots of Villa de Leyva, starting with a guided walk in the urban center visiting the museums of Antonio Nariño y Acuña. You will have lunch in one of the best restaurants in town and subsequently you will have a tour on the outskirts of Villa de Leyva visiting places such as: El fósil, Ecce homo sanctuary and the charming town of Ráquira, famous for its handicrafts, ending getting back to Villa de Leyva.
