WESTERN COLOMBIAN ANDEAN REGION

Medellín is the second largest city of Colombia and an important touristic, financial and industrial engine of the country, being the main city of the Western Colombian Andean region. Medellín is called the eternal-spring city having a great weather all year long, located in a valley in the north-west of the country. This is the city with the best public transportation nationwide having all the facilities of a modern metropolitan area, surrounded by charming towns and wonderful nature.

In the Western Colombian Andean region, it is also located the Coffee zone with the departments (states) of Risaralda, Caldas and Armenia and Antioquia where the green mountain landscapes are predominant. In those destinations we can have diverse experiences in colonial and colorful towns, beautiful coffee farms, natural reserves full of birds and national parks with great nature and biodiversity.
